At Najd Secret, we constantly strive to provide an exceptional experience that befits you. To ensure service quality and protect the rights of all parties, we kindly ask our valued clients to adhere to the following terms and conditions:
1. Working Hours
- We receive bookings and provide our services daily from 12:00 PM to 12:00 AM.
2. Booking and Confirmation
- Bookings and payments must be made in advance via our official website.
- To finalize and confirm your appointment, please contact us via WhatsApp to verify the booking details.
3. Gifted Services (Gift Vouchers)
- To ensure organized scheduling, all gifted services or gift vouchers are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash. Additionally, they cannot be transferred to other services once purchased.
4. Scope of Services
- Our services are exclusively for women and children.
- Service for males is permitted only for those under the age of fifteen (15) years.
5. Rescheduling or Cancellation
- Appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled session time.
- If a cancellation or rescheduling request is made less than 12 hours before the appointment, Najd Secret reserves the right to cancel the session without any obligation to refund the amount.
6. Arrival of Specialists and Delays
- Upon the specialist's arrival at the location, the client will be contacted immediately.
- Waiting Period: If the client does not respond or cannot be reached for 15 minutes after the specialist’s arrival, we reserve the right to cancel the service without a refund.
- Client Delay: In the event of a delay caused by the client, the delay time will be deducted from the actual session duration to ensure subsequent appointments are not affected.
7. Conduct and Legal Compliance
- At Najd Secret, we are committed to Islamic values, traditions, and public etiquette.
- Any physical or verbal abuse toward our specialists is strictly prohibited. In such cases, the service will be terminated immediately, and necessary legal action will be taken by reporting the incident to the authorities in accordance with the Anti-Harassment Law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
8. Responsibility for Personal Property
- Najd Secret holds no responsibility for the loss or damage of any personal or valuable belongings at the service location. Please ensure your belongings are kept in a safe place before the session begins.
9. Emergency Adjustments
- Due to the nature of home services and external conditions, we reserve the right to advance or delay the appointment by a maximum of one hour, with a commitment to notifying the client in advance.
10. Right to Refuse Service
- The management of Najd Secret reserves the right—at its sole discretion—to refuse or cancel service if any inappropriate behavior is exhibited by the client, without the need to provide reasons. In such instances, the client is not entitled to a refund.
- In the event of a delay due to circumstances beyond our control, a free service will be provided equal to the time that caused the delay, or it will be postponed according to the customer's request.
